best part this clowns still not communicate with community about this bs, except their stupid post “boys we fighting RMT and for sure we have a real humans in support team” KEKW no way real people copy pasting this stupid thing and dont even look at the case, except they hired cheap manpower who dont speak english at all and their only job is copy paste thise answer which is not a big dif with bots.

yeah I’ve known other people that got banned from having large direct gold trades. Something in the system is flagging that.

I still don’t understand how a player is supposed to know where the gold that another player is sending or giving them , came from. It’s a policy that’s just stupid on its face. I mean I don’t even have the resources or the tools to begin researching where someone else who I don’t know got their gold from. So now if you put something up on auction house and somebody buys it with rmt gold and that gold makes it to you then what you’re screwed? Just another reason why people are leaving this game in flocks and droves
If we follow what roxx is saying = STOP bussing since we cant know where the money come from.
And go sell lvl 10 gems at 150 000 gold each and perfect accessories at 100 000 gold, even if its rmt money there is no problem you wont get banned.
This whole banning innocent players thing Lost Ark has going reminds me of the Internet Historian Fallout76 video where Bethesda is just shooting wildly trying to ban the cheaters. “DIE CHEATER”

Seems all he could do is submit a bug report.
This clearly a bug and should be resolved quickly.
We shouldnt have to write appeals to have our accounts unbanned due to false ban due to a bug, I also shouldnt have to write multiple appeals and fourm topics, videos, ect to expose this bug and still have to deal with having my 2600 hour account banned for a week an half now.

I tend not to believe these kind of posts. But pretty much a part of your gold or your friends’s is RMT. I understand that a big part maybe of it was hard earned but that doesn’t matter even if a little part of it is from RMT.
I guessing my case is being hidden, as its exposes how they are banning and so RMTERs can use it to get around the system, Unfortunately if i want to get any results at all. I need to bring attention to this issue as the appeal system is dog water.

I dont know if you work at amazon or not, but if you can actually reach someone on moderation this will be a huge help.
I am still fighting this ban for over a week and im personally at wits end and im prob just going to quit the game, I received my GDPR data and there is nothing contained in it that said i received gold by mail or anything, So either this evidence they spouting doesnt exist or they are hiding it from me when i requested all data dealing with my account.
Tbh, banning the RMT’ers doesn’t solve the underlying issues.

There’s a bot & scripting problem, i find it hard to believe this can’t be mitigated more intelligently.

The game and progression at the moment is gated around gold, players will always seek to whale their way through the content in attempt to be the best.

External gold sales are cheaper than RC conversion, whales are going to look for the cheapest way to get where they want to be.
Those three things make banning players who RMT pointless imo. A developer/publisher built in currency transaction and P2W mechanics into a game then attacked the player base for buying from a cheaper source because they failed to balance the game properly or set up proper bot detection. Seems like a bad business model to me.
That aside the games still fun, and thankfully other people RMT’ing generally doesn’t effect me. /shrug

my alts get reported as a gold seller by area chat all the time since they have names like awjhdklahdwakl
the underlying is issue is lost ark is a free game, make it buy to play and it will never have bots.
They have botched the bot/rmt control since launch. There’s been so much collateral damage to legit players because they let it get way out of control early on and now running the game with an ironfist. Its serious bullshit to get banned from buying from the in game AH, this was happening with skins way back at the start when they were getting sold on the AH and the seller did a steam refund, guess what…the buyer got slammed with a ban. Clown Fiesta so far AGS.
