This video is about the worst that it gets but it shows how unplayable this is…
I have been getting a nasty amount of stutters that last from 2-10seconds and can happen one after the other or more spread out, there is no pattern to it. It happens in raids, dungeons, boss rushes, sitting in town doing nothing, it happens everywhere(and is especially bad in BR, nearly every beginning and end of the round it happens), it is nearly unplayable for me. I sent in a ticket 3 weeks ago to support with no helpful words back, and have had the problem since the day of the reaper release. I’m too worried about griefing my party to try brel or clown and even normal tasks and raids are annoying and could be wiped because of me. I have tried raising prio on LA and lowering on EAC, lowering graphics, fullscreen vs borderless, no apps in the background vs apps in background, updated drivers, reinstalled the game, repaired files, tried DirectX 11 and 9, and anything else I can find online. I have a 2070 super, 32gb or ram and 1.3TB of free space on my SSD(where LA is) so I don’t get why I have problems, and all other games I play have none at all.
I have the exact same problem. Only difference is, that it started just a few days ago and I can’t find a solution or what is causing it. I play since the western launch and never had a problem with running the game. I don’t even dare to join a Legion Raid like this with the fear of causing a wipe due to that constant lagging/stuttering.

Can we get some sort of update or hint to what is causing this? It seems like it’s not a very widespread problem but for the people who do have it, the game is nearly unplayable.
If the problem persist once you have done with all the steps, I also would recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Not to be mean man, I know you have to follow a script for the most part but I put in the post that I have both tried all of your recommended fixes and fixes that others have recommended, as well as submitted a ticket (with the DxDiag) 3 and a half weeks ago and have not received a response, but I guess this is your way of saying that that’s is all that you can do here and I just have to wait longer than the 3 and a half weeks I already have. Appreciate the attempt.
I’m sorry that after 3 and a half weeks and you didn’t received any reply or news about it.
In this cases, please I recommend you to reach again the support team creating a new ticket and ask them about the update of your cases and if they have any news about it.
You can also share with them the link of this forum post to let them know about the situation.
