There some post ppl saying about its only for new accounts or new class that’s attached with the express event.
Can cm confirm this growth support effect is ongoing buff “Not a Temporarily BUFF” for any condition who are below 1415 ILVL? So, there isn’t any confusion here.

No this should be the global honing effect i am really starting to wonder if that is a typo. When i first read it i thought it was a package from the shop because of Growth support xD.
In my opinion the people who think it’s a global honing buff are on copium.
It has happened before that the patch notes on the honing changes were unclear and it also does say in the current one that it’s for “new players”
Other regions got it with Brel so it feels like it’s too good to be true but it can also happen I guess we won’t know for sure until tomorrow

Global honing buff is called ingame as growth buff.
It has nothing to do with new player mokoko buff…
Are you people actually playing the game?? We have 1370 honing buff for months now and you didn’t even bother to check it?

Sure. I mean with the previous patch they also had extra bullet points with extra percentages that never made it into the game. Those were ‘facts’ too clearly stated in the patch notes.
If they are making the mistakes like that it’s equally likely that they just copy pasted without giving it too much thought. I’m pretty sure that is the case although I don’t care because I don’t have any alts at those ilvls. Fingers crossed you don’t end up seething on the forums all day tomorrow when you find out you were let down again.
Don’t be a doomer, just because they gave some inaccurate info once over all of these months.
And no, I’m not going to benefit much from this honing buff so no copium here.
