Can i get gate 3 kakul sayton ticket?

I got disconnected during bingo and when i came back, my party members didnt wait for me and I cant get the loot for gate 3.

I’m sorry for the issue during the Kakul-Saydon Raid. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

We have an automated system that while has worked in the past, seems to have something against clowns… If you have NOT received your refund ticket please respond with your player name, server and how long ago you were kicked and still with no ticket. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 24-48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
