Disconnected after the raid and I cannot get the bonus box now, I would like to get the box to complete my set before brel
I would like to reiterate that this was not a local issue. (I was in discord and did not disconnect from there so clearly not a local issue)
What happened was I cleared gate 2 of clown, during the post clear credits, I disconnected and was sent back to the server select screen. I rejoined and was unable to buy the extra loot chest, which is needed for me to get level 2 relic 6 set before I progress through brel (under the impression that brel will be arriving the 14th.) I would have had exactly 65 trumpets with buying the bid chest, every week until then, as well. Please give me my trumpets and fix your game.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your run, as a player of the game I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets or loot directly to you.

A key point I wish to highlight:
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
So you would have to redo the raid if you receive the ticket to be able to get the loot this week.

I think you are severely misunderstanding the situation, your game is faulty by design. I clear the content and disconnect because of a server stability issue, and this is what stops me from being able to collect rewards that I AM GIVEN THE OPTION TO BUY. I should still be able to choose whether or not I want the box, instead of losing that option all together because YOUR servers decided to be faulty.

I understand your point of view completely unfortunately the game as of right now won’t allow you to choose to buy it if you get disconnected so as I mentioned before I’m unable to assist you manually but I will be sharing this valuable feedback with our team, I also recommend making a post in the feedback section to get the attention of not only the devs but the community as well.
