Basically the title: Can I sell level 10 gems for 250k gold and not get banned because the buyer used RMT gold? It’s as stupid as it sounds. 
I have no idea who the buyer is and where the gold came from and I shouldn’t have to care about that…

Nothing to do with breaking rules, if people can get flagged and banned for accepting 2.5k for an argos bus you can get flagged and auto banned for anything. Wouldn’t even use AH until they announce a fix for this massive issue.

You should sell it to get the gold. It’s a level ten gem and the best advice is to get as much gold as you can. Don’t worry about rmt because when there is one on the market the probability of you getting it is high so it’s something you can afford to do. The demand for gold is more important than getting a penalty in the game. You should sell the gem and get the gold. It should be enough to carry your characters for a lifetime.
