I’m sorry you have lad issues playing Lost Ark, sadly the use of third party programs is not allowed, this can cause a penalization at your account so we highly recommend you not to use it under any circumstance.

Thank you for your input regarding this scenario. Just to clarify on this topic: Exit Lag can be used and will not be a cause for a ban if detected by the system, however it is not supported directly by us so we are unable to guide you on how to use it or if it does not work for you.
