Can not access main character

On Tuesday 15th at approx 18:00 I had a freeze up of the client and had to restart the game, since then I am unable to log into my Bard (Main).

I can access my Alts perfectly fine. When I attempt to log into the Bard I hear a windows error sound and the loading progress bar moves very slowly then stops about 1/4 into loading.

Is it possible to have my Bard moved into another area or reset in some way as I have items (aura claim item and more) I want access too as well as to be able to play that character.

I moved your character to Prideholme, please close the game and log back into your character.

I have similar problem. Could you also move my main (berserker) to Prideholme ? EU server Neria character name Sheiru

If you do please close the game so i can move your character to a safe location.

Hi just an update, just got in from work and Bard is now playable, thanks for the help
