i’m also having the same issue, got stuck on a loading screen while entering starsand beach area in punika and had to close the game via task manager.
Now i can’t access the character, getting stuck on a loading screen when i try to log in.

@Valret well nevermind, tried to access starsand beach again since my main quest leads me there and got stuck on a loading screen again.
