After yesterday’s update, which is the 1/11/23 update, after seeing the 3 logos I will stuck in the black screen forever. I have tried to restart the computer, and reinstall the game 3 times now. I tried login the game in admin mode. and a few ways in forums but nothing works.

I’m so sorry for the you are getting stuck in the black screen in Lost Ark.
I would like to share some troubleshooting steps if you haven’t try it yet that can help you with this problem to verify if works for you.

If the problem persist once you have tried all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
