Can not remove 9 of the powerful stone of soaring they are non destructable as seen in this jpg below. All 9 on the top row are stuck in limbo.

To get rid of these ability stones usually included with Powerpasses which can’t be dismantled or destroyed you can go to any city and look for the General Merchant NPC, then select the Sell tab and here you can sell the stones in exchange for a bit of silver.
