Can someone explain the pvp modes please

I am seeing conflicting explanations of pvp as far as whether it is solo queue only or premades can queue. Also I saw someone talking about 6v6 battlegrounds in another thread, I thought there was only the 3v3,

So could someone who knows the system clearly list the different modes of pvp, which ones are ranked, and which ones are solo queue only? Is ranked only solo queue?

Currently we have:
3v3 normal games (preseason so no ranked) , you can que in a group in normal games
3v3 team elimination (1v1 in the middle of arena, king of the hill type of game)
6 player free for all
6v6 battleground type of games that only happen certain times of the day
