Can someone from AGS please confirm that Smilegate is aware of our performance issues AND are working on a fix?

It’s been 8 months since the game launched and pretty much everyone had performance issues since then, but lately the performance is getting worse and worse with every patch. It would be good if someone from AGS confirmed that Smilegate is aware of these issues and are trying to work out something because these random stutters and frame drops are getting out of hand.

I’ve been sending reports through regarding performance. The last few updates have given some users issues, and EAC is also giving problems (not just for Lost Ark).

I’ll try and find some more info on this.
