I know AGS has tried to deliver diversification while transferring this game from SG. I understand that, and that is a good effort. I know Roxx has replied that this is for the fact to make SH form clear for PVP reason. But let’s just be honest, no one really believes this reply, and it is OK to honestly say that black SH is one of the trick you have to place to make the game to be “right”.
However, the true diversification should give a freedom to choose the character’s appearance as they like. I feel AGS is trying to overly express diversity (and only “superficially”, for example, Jederico in boss rush is still white model, not black, which means AGS is not very serious about diversity, rather they just care the politics/twitters attacking this game.) by enforcing every SH user to have black skinned. I don’t understand this decision – there are so many criticisms in this thread and yeah for sure nobody wants to be racist, we just want to play our character in the form of what we want to play.
So here I suggest one thing - let’s just user choose the modeling of SH. Whoever like the cool black SH, they can choose, and others, they can just turn on the original SH of other region’s LostArk. Simple is that, and nobody will really complain about it.
