Can we get any confirmation that they are working on the current EU issue?

The game is unplayable with insanely long loading times for some characters, matchmaking is not responding at all.
A lot of us has been forced to try and do the instanced content at this hour (2 AM) because the matchmaking has not been working all day.

Can we get any information that this is being resolved right now?

EU Matchmaking NEEDS a fix

This is something that is related to the ongoing stability issues surrounding EU servers. The teams are making an effort to both mitigate that and to look for a solid fix.

Lock Party and MatchMaking to Server for now

Is impossible to join any raids for now with a party using the Matchmaking or the Find Party option. Constant delay and errors. Why dont you lock the find on the server until you find a solution to manage all the queries?

Yeah, and neither of those things were related because it was a more isolated instance.
