Are you allowed to have multiple accounts? Yes / No.
Can they interact with eachother ingame (send mail etc) Yes / No.
Please point towards the EXACT spot in the TOS where it says you can / cant.

@Shadow_Fox was supposed to get us an answer on this but never did.
That was over a month ago. Seems like they are actively trying to avoid giving a definitive answer for whatever reason.

someone in the past reported their friend got banned for transferring gold between his two accounts.

It is not allowed, you don’t need confirmation for that. The fact that you are here asking about it is because you know it’s wrong. I linked that because original post confirmed his friend got banned for having two accounts and transferring gold between them.

According to support its fine to have multiple accounts. I just want to know where in the TOS its written And where its written that you cannot funnel/interact between accounts. @Roxx @Shadow_Fox please respond <3
If you want to know so badly, go read the ToS yourself then?
Don’t know why the CMs need to spoonfeed you information that is freely and publicly available at any time if you want to know it so badly.

Sorry for the late response, currently we do not have an issue with multiple accounts, the issue arises with your second point, if you trade currency or other items between accounts it can be seen as an unfair advantage or even as RMT.
On the Terms of Use point 3 “The Game Communities” 3.1 mentions:
3.1 Code of Conduct. To make the Games and the communities of players and fans as welcoming and enjoyable as possible for all users, you agree to abide by any Game code of conduct and applicable law.
Under the Code of Conduct also on point 3 “Play fair” it says:
Do not: exploit bugs or other unintended uses of game features.
Do not cheat, bot, hack, or use other software or services that give you an unfair advantage through, for example, unattended gameplay or game modifications.
Do not engage in real-money trading of in-game items and in-game currencies.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes unfair play and to take corrective action we deem appropriate.
As of right now we are managing cases of multiple accounts transferring their earnings to another as an unfair advantage and depending on the situation it can go from a warning to a ban. let me know if you have any other questions.

Naaaa it’s a common thing to allow multiple accounts, but not to trade resources between them in the online games.
