Can we get on the same page?

I’m really struggling to understand you AGS. You said you wanted to be transparent as you can.

But what happened? Don’t you think fell even shorter for the June update? Why can’t you just give your community a bit more information and love “Hey guys we heard your feedback about honing buff and Yoz’s Jar. We decided to push devs to include honing buff and remove Yoz’s Jar but downside to that we will need to delay update for one or two weeks” Why couldn’t you give us that information in advance and waited till last moment when June update would become July update?

Fashion the painful part. There’s overwhelming choice of skins when you see them all at once in Korea right?
It’s really great that you heard players want more skins

But the quality of skins what you release is equally important. I get that making right choice can be sometimes hard but why we don’t we bring this a step further and let your community make the choice? Give us a list of costumes that you’re interested to release a month in advance and let us vote? You as AGS push a skin that is tied to season or content patch and release it without asking while letting us to vote on the second one? This will make us players happy in a way and generate less negative feedback. In case that one of the skins aren’t ready certain classes just tell us ahead? While yes not everyone checks forums but the message would very quickly spread across from content creators, guild discords and just friends?

Can we just finally get on the same page?

Players cry about lack of skins

Players complain about jar/mass skins it gave at decent prices. Gets removed after listening to a few throwing out false costs and information.

AGS gives 2 skins in this update. 1 extra, but is limited classes on one as thats how some skins are and has always been known.

Players cry.

This is totally on CM, her respond is complete garbage.
She is a community coordinator not public relations.
I think she doesn’t know how to do her job, she is taking a complete opposite side of community and side with AGS.
Commubity coordinator and community manager is the rare position that you work between player and company and lean a bit to player.
Public relations are the same thing but lean heavily to the company.
Roxx clearly hate her job, she is full of emotion and negative attitude and she doesn’t care to dump it on top of the community.
She is very unprofessional, but that’s assume she know what her duty is, which she doesn’t, meaning I can’t even call her unprofessional because she doesn’t even know what she’s doing regarding her position.
