I have reported over 1000 bots or RMT chat spammers but feels bad that besides trying to make the game I play better, I don’t get anything for the effort. And yes, because the bots are always teleporting around and are many times hard to click on, I would consider it as effort.
What I suggest is if the bot ends up getting banned and you reported it, you would get for example 5000 silver (or some other reward). It wouldn’t break the economy, would incentify reporting the bots and there would be less bots in general, making the game better.
Idk if U bann has a reason but when U are stand that long near of Bots probably other people around start to think U are also a bot and report U accidentally.
But same for me when I one day get a bann for playing PvP I never touch it again.
2 times yesterday I got called “Hacker” and this from a dude who played 3 games and has a Chaos Dungeon build
Edit: if you report a bot via web, you get an email with thanks, it creates a warm and fuzzy feeling in your stomach so you don’t even want anything else; in-game reporting is different and could use some form of a confirmation (mail for instance).
Well silver doesn’t mess up economy like gold would and also if this was implemented, no bot would ever reach T3 where they could actually make use of that silver.
EDIT: Also silver was just my example, they could give us some other reward that wouldn’t be beneficial to bots self- reporting at all.
