That’s because they already confirmed with us there is no development team for the game, nor does it need to be. There is no sense in stepping over Smilegate developer’s toes with the game builds they provide AGS to begin with. You have to realize KR is on a completely different timezone, things are not going to be fixed immediately, especially when they have to find the root cause to begin with. You really just have no idea what youre talking about.

There is nothing in this topic for you. But you are here to defend AGS in irrational way. It’s been more than a day since this bug affecting hundreds of players. And now its 00:16 am in KR. So we have to wait more than a day, maybe a week to SG/AGS fix this bug. I need just one more tap which i have enough mats, gold, silver to pity it to do valtan, deskaluda, 1415 ghost ship, 1415 chaos dungeon. All i am asking them to release a hotfix just for this bug cause this bug actually prevents us playing the game, earn more mats and progress. Am i asking for a compensation? NO. Am i blaming them for nothing? NO. I just stated the facts, and it seems this issue doesnt concern you. So move along now kiddo

Im so sad, can’t reach 1415 and im 2 hones away but not enough mats to push all the gear +15.
Im missing much content and also my friends / guild already did Valtan.
It’s been more than a day
I played my fair share of MMOs and never saw a fix within a day. Like do you expect them to instantly find the issue, fix the code, ship a patch to a different region handled by a different publisher and make it instantly available? And this isnt even considering the fact that the game is launched through stream, where every patch goes though a check and needs to be whitelisted. Its a process and can take some days. It sucks, but nothing can be done about that.
I mean from what I read you can still +15 your gear. If you want 1415 so bad, just push other parts. Youll need it for 1445 and higher level anyway.
I can´t get to 1445 so i dunno, I might have seen a few fixes within a day but if they arent fixed within a day you usually get Information on whats happening and if it´s gonna get fixed soon, getting a it´s been forwarded to the team isn´t cutting it, Where´s the back and forth communication oh we know whats wrong? oh we dont know whats wrong just let us know, I am legit sitting hardstuck and cucking the rest of my static grp

Millions of people? Did you notice the player count drop more that 60% after the patch? I’d be surprised if there are half a million real people still putting up with this game

This is out for a fix with the dev team now; we have flagged it as a critical issue and are hoping to get a hotfix for the problem ahead of our regular weekly update. It is something we are working on with speed, but fixes for bugs require work, testing, and validation before they can be deployed, so the process is not instant. We will let players know when we have a fix ready to go.

Boys lets just accept the fact we won´t get it fixed until Reset as due too a lot of other bugs aswell that way if we do get it earlier we might be PMA
