Can we reclaim Prime Gaming bundles and Twitch drops if we move to a low population server?

I’m in a similar situation to many in that the server I joined at launch has since closed & in a rerun of the New World launch the friend / guild group I play with has been cleft in two. I honestly don’t mind rerolling on to a low population server to play with friends & help improve the experience for others but as I am (was?) enthusiastic about the game I’ve been watching Twitch streams and claimed two of the drops and also claimed my Prime Gaming pack. My understanding is that if I move, I lose all of those items and as a result I’m hesitant to do so as I’ve only just started using the in game items.

The items in particular are:

Prime Gaming Pack: Crystalline Aura + Amesthyst Shard Park + Battle Chest Bundle
Twitch Drop: LoLA Starter Item Set - Battle Item Chest 3 Pack, Regulus Light Currency Chest (100K Silver) + 1500 Amethyst Shard Pack
Twitch Drop: Saphia Pet Chest

Will AGS be offering a way to claim the twitch drop and Prime Gaming items again for anyone who helps out by moving across to a lower population server?

Also for clarification - is the Crystalline Aura account-wide, region-wide (e.g. NA East / EU etc.), server (roster) specific or character specific?

Same problem for me I have to move to a new server to play with my friends and I already collected the twitch rewards. Is there any way for me to get them again on the new server?

Same problem. Went to a low pop server, took my stuff because we we’re getting organized, then they unlocked the other servers. I want my kitty paper hat back T_T

I’m in the same boat moved to a lower pop server to play with friends all together vs. spread across multiple servers since they indicated there were no plans for character transfers. Now we’re all without our twitch prime/drops as we claimed them on other servers.

Hello everyone!

First, thank you for taking the time to reach us, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

The twitch drops can not be reclaimed on a new server. If you have the founders pack and change to a new server please check this information Lost Ark Team Update: Founder's Packs & Server Status

See you in Arkesia! :mage:

You really just spat in these guys faces and then said “See you in Arkesia” Bruh, worst company on the planet wtaf :joy:

Hi, I don’t mean to be short, but this is the problem - they can’t be reclaimed, but they should be able to be reclaimed. It isn’t the players fault that your company has mismanaged the server situation. I have EU friends who are stuck on servers that now have 25,000 people queues and have basically ‘lost’ the perks they got for joining in on the twitch promotions and redeeming their Prime Gaming perks.

You’ve asked people to try moving to lower population servers. The twitch drops need either be made account-wide, or reissued again. Amazon Prime customers need to have their Amazon Prime loot recredited so they can reclaim it.

This reply is really glib & inappropriate.

I’ve had the same experience and, despite being really excited for this game in the past, I’m really feeling disappointed by the way this is being handled so far.

So many people were forced to switch servers and then realized none of their loot could be transferred.

Not only that, but many people are now forced to either wait 2 months to play the game, or lose their name. Honestly, everyone who started playing during the initial server locks should be given a new set of loot and free name changes. :person_shrugging:

Hi everyone,

I feel tge same as you. Servers were closed on Friday, so I started with some friends on a low server population. Then, we could create a new character on Zinnervale to play with or founders friends that were playing there.
I knew I would move to another server but no when, so I didn’t claim any of the twitch drops in-game.
But now, on my definitive server, I have nothing to claim, why can’t I claim my drops??

They should at least enable them to be reclaimed, I claimed twitch drops on Wei and overtime it turned into a full Spanish speaking server with previous toxic language wars and now a lot of the English speaking community guilds have now disbanded elsewhere.

Seriously!
I haven’t been able to get into the game since Thursday.

I contacted the support and they literally sent me a copy and paste message that was used from New World without removing the New World references.

Wei was marked as the “unofficial” spanish server before launch - Lost Ark Guild / Community Directory - Google Sheets
Wei

Unfortunately I didn’t come across that data spreadsheet you provided, but I hope for the majority of the community they can do something for who have claimed the drops.
