I still haven’t received my bonus founders and launch celebration gift, but also on my server (EUC - Asta) the ingame store is down since friday (crystal aura and blue crystals also gone for a lot of people).
Does someone know if the store and the mail from the product inventory is somehow connected?
Yes. I have all my twitch drops in my product inventory and those disappear every time store is offline

The shop, the aura, and the menu to redeem things from shop, twitch drop, or steam purchase are all the same system.
If no shop => aura wont be activated, and cant reach the redeem menu
