Can you please start to give us normal previews of skins/mounts in video or big picture so we can see and make our decison please?

Hey, I would love to request better previews on skins/mounts/pets, especially those that come only inbox and you cannot preview them. For example the new Player Gifts. Yes, I know you have provided this https://images.ctfassets.net/umhrp0op95v1/6bS8xDXLNacItK5iei8JMZ/c74740272a007bebd4ffdc9d3f5582e7/LA_Gift-Skins-transparent-lrg.png but the pets are bigger than the costumes. Can you at least make them as big as the pets so we can see better if you want to present them like that.

I do not understand why don’t you use the videos or the preview from Korea.

And yes I could search them myself but sometimes it is hard to search for something specific when it’s most likely written in Korea. I couldn’t find all the cat outfits for example or the mounts.

The same was with the instrument skins back then. You assume we can make decisions on a small picture when in reality the skin looks different - referring to the mage pink instrument, its mashed up colors while the preview was fully pink.

Agreed. It’s even worse playing on a larger monitor because the miniscule thumbnails we do get are teeeeeny tiny. It sucks having to rely on other players picking and choosing on their own (and possibly being disappointed in their choice which they cannot return or exchange) just so I can see what the skins/mounts look like in game while hanging out by the chaos dungeon or gear npc.

I did take the wrong Dino skin because of that and now I can’t even exchange it for another one. It’s just stupid to have such a bad preview in-game and you are basically forced to look them up elsewhere to know how they look.
All the Dino heads all look the same on the tiny picture except the last one, there is just no way to know that one of the three heads hides your face.
