Can you pre create an Artist before it is released in NA?

You can reserve a name, thats about it.
I wouldn’t bet on it too much. Some KR presets don’t work at all on RU, and some import with the wrong features.
It will most likely be broken on NA/EU as well since all our other classes are broken when importing from other regions.
yea ikr, they like to change the base face preset, idk why dont they just add new faces instead of replacing existing ones.
No harm in saving some presets tho, hoping it will work 
you can change the file with notepad++ From KOR to USA or EUW/EUC

Our face presets and some other customization do not match. They removed some of the face preset KR/RU has and replaced them with (my opinion) ugly ones. It makes a lot of KR/RU Preset not import properly.
As far as Artist, some preset I have not been able to import at all to RU, and some of them imports with different facial feature. Very few imported as is from KR to RU.
To be able to reserve a name the class category needs to be release first. Artist is a sub class from the class called Specialist. The launch of Artist will bring this class in our version of the game for the first time. So unfortunalty for Artist, the specialist option in the character creation window will only show up upon her release.
TLDR: no you can’t reserve a name since there are no specialist yet in the game. Class is locked.
You can make any character with the name you want right now, delete it when u make ur artist.

I for one, already have my artists name reserved.
You can download a customization file if you find one that you like. It should work as soon as artist is available

There’s no way to pre-load character creation into the game without releasing the class, so unfortunately not!!
