Can you replace "Craft Beer" item in Yorn?

So, I need to make Coolkur Beer for a number of reasons, mokoko seed locations and for the Yorn Adventurers Tome. I have completed the quest chain awhile ago ending with Kahar “Follow Your Nose”. The quest shows completed. However, I can’t find the “Craft Beer” anywhere in my inventory. In fact, when I go to the cook in Yorn named Bazur… it shows the 2 items needed for the coolkur beer (old boots and craft beer) and is shows 0/1 for the craft beer, yet the quest is done… is there also a separate Rapport achievement needed? Is there somewhere else I can get a craft beer?
