I have review the character you would like to restore and I can see that there is two lvl sharpshooter you have deleted in your account, one with the name: Ayukiï and other with the name Ayukií. Which of the two would be the one you want restored?

They are both lvl 50? If you can, whichever has the higher item lvl or most recently deleted.
