Cannot be used while the triport or the port is unregistered

Hello everyone! Can someone help me, please? I created a third character (Gunslinger) and after reaching Power Level 1000 I went to Nineveh’s Island to complete that purple quest. Then, I went straight to Punika to unlock the continent, but here is where my issue starts.

After entering the island I am not able to go back to my ship by clicking on “Ready to Sail” or by using the Song of Return. This is what happens when I try to triport or to set sail. You can read the red message below:

Can someone teleport my character back to the ship or back to Felton, please?

Hello. The same thing has happened to me. The port is being blocked by an NPC and it isn’t possible reaching the port unless your Item Level is 1100. Is there any other way to reach my ship?

Try using song of return? Or any bifrost locations of yours? Would that work?

I’m sorry to read that your character is unable to reach the port, were you able to access your ship with the instructions @classicmix50bags provided?

I had the same issue, today, trying to leave Rohendel to go to Yorn (since the character had just hit 600 ilv).

I found that the issue was that I had missed activating the triport next to the “Open Seas” entrance when I first got to Rohendel.

Once I activated that triport it allowed me to successfully click “Ready to Set Sail.”
