The timer is gone and it says I am eligible, but when I click it nothing happens.

The way this new Fever Time Event’s Growth Rewards work is that when you log into the game and play for at least 30 minutes you enhance the rewards you receive at the last day of the event, so that means that you will need to log in and play 4 days to unlock the 4 reward enhancements, and at the end you can claim all of them. You can hover your mouse on the green “?” next to “Growth Reward” after clicking on the Fever Time icon, and you will see some extra information:
