After Scherrit asks you to join him I select an option (tried both), the screen flashes but the quests bugs out and I cannot continue. Had the same issue on RU, tried restarting, verifying data, rebooting and nothing helped. Have now played through the quest 5 times and unable to continue 
After trying a couple of things, quitting directly from that screen and loading back in continued the quest this time.
