Cannot connect after getting disconnected in instance

I was in the middle of an instance (I believe it’s called The Glorious Wall) when suddenly I got disconnected and now I can’t reconnect to my character. I verified that this is a problem that’s happening just for this character (I can log in to my other ones). My character name is Robinchwan and I’m in South American servers - Kazeros.

Here is the error that I’m getting:

I have a friend that was going through the same instance and is having the same issue (in the same server). His character name is Teodim.
