playing on Medeia adventure island as it was the card pack island today…
losing horribly because our server has a hate hate relationship with pvp
one team was at 95%, and i get the Cannot Connect to Server pop up
i attempt to screenshot, but i am not connected to anything obviously.
i click the button click server, click character and get back into the game as everyone is leaving
i have NO loot from the island and my adventure island has been CLAIMED for the day.
so glad i play this game

I’m sorry for the disconnection problem when you was doing Medeia Adventure Island.
I would like to share some troubleshooting steps you can try for this issue.

If the problem persist once you have tried all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
