Beside all the Amazon server issues, the hype have been huge so… im not surprised but. Keep trying if you have the time to wait. Hopefully you get in today mate.

Same for me. I’m thinkg about force refund on founders pack. So many issue that and we paid for that.
I have the same issue and considering getting a refund about my founders pack, too. It was all good until launch and I know this is a huge thing and all, but blocking players from queue who paid for it beforehand and in general is…well. not well done.

I haven’t spent a single euro on this sh… game… and I’m honestly really happy.
I don’t care if the will eventually fix the problems or the situation will improve due to many people not stressing the servers at the same time: I will never, ever give a cent to these clowns.
Also, waiting for Amazon to raise the price of prime to stop subscribing it.

Me pasa lo mismo, compré el paquete de fundador para no jugar. Colas de 15ks para que se congele la cola a los 8ks, estar esperando desde las 8 hasta la 1 de la mañana para poder entrar y aún asi una cola de 2ks… esto es lamentable, que ni siquiera los que pagan tengan algún tipo de privilegio o reserva. Fatal… y ahora sin poder ni entrar, directamente te muestran la puerta.
Por si acaso pongo mi nombre y servidor, hacer algo porque es desquiciante…

And now queue 20.000
And the maintance today was for less queue
Are they joking?
And Why did they write that no new Players can join the Server with to much people, and After few minutes they broked that promiss and let new people in:man_facepalming:t2:

Are you planning on playing some tricks on game servers??? Well Amazon Games Studios, introduces self ddosing games, where you will never have to worry about a disconnect, because connecting isnt going to work anyways…

Well, it’s not the best solution, but if you try to log in repeatedly, you will eventually get into the queue. Good luck with that.
Also get the error code 10027, but the game also shuts down/crashes.
PLZ fix this.
I have the feeling this wont be solved soon… they were not prepared at all for the free-to-play launch and now it keeps flooding the headstart servers.

Completely normal in my eyes. There is not a single franchise that will ever in the history of existence be able to have perfect preparations for launches. History repeats itself and people get upset, which is normal. Load balancing is also normal friends. For one business it’s better to work towards higher capacity, than invest in already high capacity and be disappointed which in returns as the Founders you will get a loss.
Yes, the game is bleeding cause of emotions, those will be fixed in the upcoming days & weeks. Those who understand how this works, will be patient, those who rush and expect a lot, will complain as their right for being a consumer.
There are warnings on every side of the wheel, so NA/EU team has to work very hard. Keep in mind it’s humans doing this for you. Not a magician. It takes time.
Watch around for news & notifications, soon enough you will be let in. It’s understandable considering it’s the weekend (It is a weekend for those people doing their best also).
