@Roxx Please notify that the maintenance broke things, might need another maintenance. This is happening to all NA west as you see it’s not on user’s side.

Same issue here, NAW Mari, I get to the character select screen and am immediately booted for “EAC Offline”
Couldn’t this update have waited until we did maint. tomorrow? Now we can’t play and will get stuck with a several hour maint. and then another tomorrow?
Ive tried all of these following and non worked.
- Restart PC
- Restart Steam
- Verifying game integrity
- Repairing EAC
seems like this time its not the EAC problem, its the maintenance that screwed everyone up.

Found this on Reddit and it worked for me: Another option is to repair the EAC, steam right-click game manage, then browse local file, into binaries files then into Win64. You will see Easyanticheat file, the start up the easycheat setup for repair.

Sorry it didn’t work for you. I guess I got lucky.
Followed the suggestions off reddit too; can even get into EU or other regions which every other comment says if you are able to do so, you can go back to your original region. Not the case, still getting EAC error.

Someone said that connecting to a different server then swapping back to your main might help
beyond these solutions its probably something screwed up server side that they’ll need to fix.
yes it works for me… i chose Rodenhal first then Mari and it works

Game is working fine now (without doing anything since the solutions that failed)
All we had to do is wait for a bit for the server to get their act together 
Yep, same here it’s working fine after waiting when the normal fixes didn’t work
