At start I’ll mention that - this post is not the solution. It could just help you find why you are disconnecting from the game.
Beginning
Some of us have the issue with connection. And we can see the:
In every few hours/minutes.
I created the incidents to support but they did not found the issue. I started to dig it myself. And this is what I found:
One of the EU server (channel in-game) have IP 3.122.137.22. I checked the route to it.
On windows in cmd: tracert 3.122.137.22 (it is not perfect tool but at least it shows some data)
The path displayed is the list of near/side router interfaces of the routers in the path between a source host and a destination.
I started to ping all of those addresses which tracert shown to me in cmd: ping IP -t example: ping 62.115.58.115 -t
And I found the culprit of my problems.
When I’m getting the disconnect, this address is loosing the packets for 10-20 seconds:
a100row-svc076898-lag003772.ip.twelve99-cust.net [62.115.58.115] (Sweden)
It is not something that Amazon can solve. I contacted my ISP and I hope somehow they will be able to help. If not, maybe some VPN services will use the different route.
