Cannot Connect to the server Error is killing this game for me

The fact that if i seach this topic up there are so many other post of people having the same experience. I don’t know what it is but its not my internet and its not my firewall or some other bs.
Just ran an abyss dungeon and got this error and was dc. Logging back in takes forever and when im actually back on i have lost my entry to my oreha normal. Normally it would send me a mail to that gives me back my ticket but it didn’t do that this time. I say normally because this cannot connect issue happen so damn frequently in my play of this game and the time it always take in between to log back in it is F—king annoying. Looking at how far this goes back im gonna hit that X for doubt that it will get look into. Hell they don’t even get their bot situation looked into for awhile now. like holy shit your Amazon can’t you hired admin to be around vern to put them to work and actually manage the game.
Basically i want my reentry and i hope you are actually using your money and invest in the game to actually make it more playable CRAZY F—king concept i know. The screen shot is AFTER i logged back in and waited a few mins, LORD AND BEHOLD IT WOULD OF F—K ME AGAIN IF I TRIED THE SECOND OREHA.

Our developer team is well aware of this issue and has investigated it thoroughly reaching the conclusion that this problem can be caused exclusively by an issue with your local environment: firewall, modem, ISP, or general PC issues. This leads to a temporary connection loss to the game server which returns this specific error code.

We would like to assure you we always strive to keep the best standards on our servers and therefore for the players. Given our developers have already done all the investigation into this error, we can only suggest verifying your software, hardware, and any other external items that could be interfering with the connection to the game.

In regards to your lost entry: we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to reissue it manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

Tal vez esto te ayude, trata de no usar sistemas de retransmisión aérea (WIFI) los cortes de comunicación pueden ocurrir por muchos factores, siempre por cable directo al router y también dependiendo de la distancia a este, si es muy largo usa un hub ethernet para mejorar la señal. Si la conexión es por cable tipo adsl, el problema seguramente está en ese tramo, las redes adsl no soportan altas cargas de transmisión, provocando desconexión por bucle infinito cuando la red está saturada. Además si usa otros programas que usan la red con un ancho de banda alto, pueden priorizar esa señal a la señal del juego, produciendo una falta de comunicación entre ambos puntos y desconectando el juego, esta parte se puede solucionar dando alta prioridad al proceso en el sistema. Tambien si se utiliza el adsl si se producen llamadas pueden provocar cortes de transmisión. Si se utiliza un punto de anclaje como un telefono este tambien puede provocar desconexion por llamadas, fallos en la intensidad de la señal o saturacion de red. Realiza un test de velocidad de la linea para verificar la velocidad de subida y bajada asi como el ping de la conexion, si el ping es elevado puede probocar fallos en los paquetes y desconectar ambos puntos. Revisa todo esto y quizas encuentres el fallo.

Running on up to almost 500 Mbps and says it’s an issue on my end when there’s countless threads on this occurring after recent patches. The only change that’s happened since this issue are the patches. Ya’ll on some drugs.

Haz una cosa, si tienes windows le das a la lupa de la barra y escribe monitor de recursos, vas a la pestaña de red, y seleccionas lost ark, te aparecera el la velocidad de refresco, en la barra TCP. Realiza comprobaciones con otras paginas juegos y plataformas, si solo tienes una velocidad de refresco alta con el juego de lost ark, el problema no eres tu, tampoco tu red, es el servidor de lost ark que no puede manejar toda la información. Seria curioso saber si le pasa a todo el mundo a la misma hora y momento lo que querría decir que el servidor expulsa a jugadores para evitar el colapso del servidor.

Do one thing, if you have windows you give the bar magnifying glass and write resource monitor, go to the network tab, and select lost ark, the refresh rate will appear in the TCP bar. Check with other game pages and platforms, if you only have a high refresh rate with the lost ark game, the problem is not you, nor is your network, it is the lost ark server that cannot handle all the information. It would be curious to know if it happens to everyone at the same time and moment, which would mean that the server expels players to avoid the collapse of the server.

It happened to me 3-4 times on my alt in valtan HM, but I get a re-entry ticket if it boots me out of the instance. This doesn’t work for guardian raids though apparently.

A mi no me había pasado, pero ahora me pasa 4 veces mínimo al día y es un engorro todo el rato. No me vengan a decir que es por la conexión porque viendo el flujo de datos del juego parece más un problema de redundancia en datos que produce la salida del juego. Tampoco la cantidad de datos que necesita el juego es elevada, según el analice el punto de anclaje TCP del juego que tiene mas flujo es maximo 10 mb/s, tampoco entiendo porque se conecta y desconecta de todos los servidores al entrar en el juego y luego retoma la conexión con los mismos cerca del min de juego. Luego tiene conexiones puntuales de una dirección IP que se desconecta rápidamente o procesos de juego sin nombre. Quizás todo esto proboque los fallos de conexión.
