Getting a bug where I get the error “Cannot connect to the server. Existing game. [W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT]” every single time I enter a chaos dungeon. This error consumes aura of resonance as well as rest bonus without a refund ticket. Checked my isp and there is no outage or disconnects on my end. Did some internal testing and each time my connection is stable and I am always connected to the internet even before/when the error shows up. Checked with amazon games support via live chat. They are unable to find the cause of the disconnect (and are not able to refund aura). Is anyone else receiving this bug and are chaos dungeons broken?

I am sorry to hear you were disconnected with the error W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT. Our developer team is well aware of this issue and has investigated it thoroughly, reaching the conclusion that this problem can be caused exclusively by an issue with your local environment: firewall, modem, ISP, or general PC issues. This leads to a temporary connection loss to the game server which returns this specific error code.
We would like to assure you we always strive to keep the best standards on our servers and therefore for the players. Given our developers have already done all the investigation into this error, we can only suggest verifying your software, hardware, and any other external items that could be interfering with the connection to the game.
