Same issues, disconnected every 10 or 15 minutes, happened almost 7-8 times i can’t even count. Now i’m pissed off, that’s enough for today.
i can’t play since yesterday always disconnect everytime i try to do anything but nothing happend when i just run around the game

Hello everyone!
I stumbled onto this thread after experiencing the same issues others share. For the past couple months having periods of not being able to connect. I always thought it was my ISP being terrible. Also tried all troubleshooting options to no avail as well. Turning off IPv6 settings can help for some, but did not work for me.
One difference I found was that i also have my connection interrupted when trying to play League of Legends or when connecting to any other online service. I would have stable reliable connection and almost immediately after opening a game it would stop. Close the game and my connection is back again. After many many many many many Hours of troubleshooting I did find something that seems to have fixed it for now.
I was looking through network adapter properties since sometimes certain connection protocols are not supported by your adapter (this is sometimes fixed with a driver update).
Here’s what I did.
(on Windows 10)
This is also the window where you can change your IPv6 settings.
-Click ‘‘Configure’’ This opens a new window where you can change Adapter options.
-Go to ‘Advanced’
NOTE: I do not recommend messing with these settings if you are not sure what you are doing. Check your specific network adapter, find out what the default settings are and stick to those. If you’ve never seen this screen before, assume settings are default.
-Go to ''Channel Width for 2.4/5 GHz’’ (depending on the band of your network)
and set value to ‘‘20MHz only’’
-Close out of the opened windows and check your network connection. If anything bricks just reverse this option.
I have no idea why this fixes my connection problems, and will update if they show up again.

Hopefully this will help someone but it is entirely possible that changing this on your own system will have a different result.
One last thing to note is that changing this setting also slowed down my internet speed by a significant amount.

Having the same issue, sometimes I can play for a couple of hours before it suddenly happens every 5-10 minutes

I have just started to have this problem today. I have been playing without any issues since the game launched in EU. Now my loading bar gets stuck at 80% and when I sometimes can get it after waiting 10 minutes for the loading bar to finish, i get this error as soon as I can see my character in game. So a total of 0 seconds of gameplay.
I have tried everything except reinstalling windows and nothing works
I am having the same issue over and over again! been like this for months, got DC for no reason and it happened while in Abyssal dungeon, marked me as done after logging back in and I got no rewards for clearing -_- what a joke. When is this issue going to get fixed?

DC’d during Part 3 Argos. Came back in, it was done and lost all rewards for the week. 2700 GOLD down the drain. Not like I needed it for anything… /s

PS- Why doesn’t it take you back to server select when you DC instead of exiting the entire game with the game taking AGES to boot up? I’ve seen more stability from Adobe Flash games. Also, why the hell do you lose the dungeon/raid rewards if you came back when it’s done? You people think we’re dastardly planning to disconnect from the game mid combat just to reap the rewards from others’ effort or something?
Something this amateurish is genuinely unacceptable.

are we going to get our rewards/compensated for this?
I’ve been having this along side the “Region Closed” problem, just commenting here to try to keep some eyes on this. Even though AGS clearly doesn’t care or they aren’t properly equipped to deal with any issues the game might be having.
Also getting this constantly despite never having this issue before, what is going on?

Still getting this error, happening since launch, tried every recommendation posted on these forums.
I also keep getting this randomly. But happens alot during the night.

Just posting again to say I’ve tried all fixes and not one of them worked, Amazon should get on this and actually work to fix it it’s been a problem for some people since launch and only seems to be getting worse as time goes on. It’s obviously not client side since it’ll work fine and then not depending on what the servers want to do.

AGS can’t/won’t fix this, they would probably just pass the message onto smilegate and maybe they could look into it, but have they passed it on? do they care enough to pass it on? after all the threads about this haven’t once seen something like “ok we are aware of this, passed it onto smilegate and they are working on it” AGS just replies with the standard troubleshooting bs and cloudflare stuff, thinking of messaging smilegate support somehow and begging them to fix it lol.
