I’ve been having the same problem. NA east- Una

I restarted my computer and checked the integrity of the files through steam. I updated my graphics card. Was kicked when trying to get into the server.

Next I tried logging onto a different server. It let me so I went back and was able to actually get into the game as my main. I was about to enter my dungeon again and was kicked before I could accept.

I’m seeing this error on US East Regulus. But in the time it took me to login and report this, it seems that support is already aware of the problem. Keep up the good work.

Same thing happening on Una NA-East
after multiple DCs it wont even let me select East.

When relogging, getting “Server is closed” at this time, so unable to pull any servers on NA East at the moment. Presuming it is getting some maintenance done to it?

Ha! I finally got back in but now the M key is a random key. R then Z then…

Same thing for me on NA East Galatur.

I am able to log back in, but I get kicked with the same error message shortly after.

Experiencing both disconnection errors myself.

Same here, I’m on NA East Karta server, 5 times until now. Receiving random disconnections. I verified game integrity and easy anti-cheat, but this did not work. Also checked firewall and restarted my modem…
Please check what is happening, and solve it.

I keep getting this error as well. This has only been an issue for me and my guildmates as of today.
We are on NA East.

Same thing on Regulus NA East. Glad to hear it isn’t just me after I spent over 30 mins verifying files, updating drivers, restarting, and reinstalling… Just started happening around 45-60 mins ago, no problems before.

heyo, same issue - tried repairing Easy Anti-Cheat before stumbling onto this thread, and now my character/server seems to have disappeared; fairly distressing. Verifying game files now to see if that fixes it. I’m on NA East, Una - can’t select NA East to even view the servers as it says they’re closed, it also keeps showing my the EULA splashscreen as if it were my first time booting the game
