Same, none of the suggested solutions work for me… still EAC Offline. On Valtan server…

In Canada and getting this error.

  • Restarted Steam, thrice, no success.

  • Restarted PC, again, no success.

  • Verifying integrity of files currently, at 54% competition. Completed, still no success

  • Have yet to repair EAC via instructions provided above, if 3rd option still remains unsuccessful, will attempt. Attempted to make repair to EAC via provided instructions, finally succeeded

So, for me at least, repairing EAC enabled me to log into the game. Thank you @Bluecogs for the link.

NA West has been having a rough time these past weeks :smiling_face_with_tear: Ill send more hamsters to AGS to power the servers

The funny thing is bots can enter the game because they already bypassed the Easy Anti Cheat. Seem like an Easy Anti Player function. xD

This is so rough tried absolutely everything already and still can’t get in. I wonder if AGS will even notice this smh.

Seems some people are getting in by relogging… likely an issue server side again.

Enter a different server from your own then go back and enter your normal server. Works for me for whatever reason both times I’ve had this happen.

Confirmed in the thread in the support section this is working for people too.

Thanks for all the reports. Seems that after the short maintenance some players had issues accessing the US West servers but everything is already back to normal.

Don’t mention the hamsters. Nobody forgot them. They are ok.

No, they don’t look “slightly different”, it’s just your imagination.
