I am on the server NA East Ladon. Last night, I got the “cannot connect to the server” message and the game force closed. I tried logging in today and I received the same error. So far I have received the error at the server selection menu, immediately after entering the server, and several minutes after entering the server. I have validated my game files through steam and restarted my computer. This did not fix the problem. Any help is appreciated as I am losing out on completing daily content. Thanks.

There have been multiple new topics about this problem and even more posts from a lot of players with the same problem. AFAICT no one from support has weighed in. I haven’t been able to remain logged in for more than 5 minutes since last night. Can we please get an update on the situation? Thanks in advance.
Adding @Roxx since he or she is clearly back. Apologies for the tag but a lot of people have been having the same problem since you restarted the EU servers last night and there’s been no acknowledgment of the issue. You don’t have to respond to this thread. I’m monitoring all of them to see when this will be fixed server side or what I can do to fix it client side.
To summarize, every time I have logged in today I get kicked within 5 minutes with the error message in the first post. A lot of other people are experiencing the same thing. I have validated my files, run the repair function on Easy Anti-Cheat, and restarted my computer. No luck. I am on NA East Ladon. From the other posts, the problem has been present on a bunch of servers.
this is not our job to fix an issue that is coming from you guys
giving some random tutoriel, thinking everyone and their mother know how to forward port, or can even do it through their internet box, is a lack of respect, this is everything, but respect.
hundreds of topics about that same issue, because the issues comes from YOUR SERVERS and NOT OUR INTERNET OR PORT.
fix the game, tell the devs, give us ETA and just fix it already omg
I appreciate the follow-up. But it’s not at all clear to me what the poster is saying. Maybe you could reduce it to a list of what to actually do and I’ll give it a shot.
Now I hope this is just a stop-gap measure as this would clearly seem to be a game client/ server side issue. And I trust someone is looking at this to fix it. I’ve not had any problems playing since launch until last night. And then all of the sudden, I get disconnects every 5 minutes. I’m incredibly skeptical that the problem is on my end.
lots of user from all around the world, eu west, eu central and NA have this same issue and it started at the same time for everyone
so no, the issue is not on your end, and forwarding idk what won’t change a things
you can’t fix an issue that is server side on your internet box, makes no sense.
all they do is giving you random if not dangerous tutoriel to buy time because they have no idea how to fix this issue that is well known since 3 february
yes, 1 month and still no fix, and they won’t even give any word about it
they let us in the dark with our issue and just try to buy time
forwarding port lmao, like we’re still in 2004 with 2000’s infra’s and netcode smh.
