Cannot enter in the server

I have 2 charaters in the server kazeros but in open game
message

“You cannot creat more charaters in the server”

I can’t enter the server because this message

Hi @Tsurara,

I’m sorry you’re not able to create a character on the kazeros server.

As per the error message it usually happens when the character creation is limited.

I have escalated the issue and will update here if any updates on this.
