During my questing in south vern, i bifrosted to somewhere else and now i can’t enter south vern through the dock, because i have to complete the quest in south vern in order to use the dock.
it has been like this since south vern released.

You need to complete the quest before you can dock. Just enter thru North Vern like you did before.
But i can only enter through north vern via the quest right?
You enter north vern and triport to south vern. They are connected. Just like how you can triport to prideholme if you are in yudia. Or if you haven’t activated any south vern triport yet, you can manually go from north to south, the entrance is at vern castle map iirc.
