Cannot Enter Valtan

I was running Valtan Hard with my Guild, but my game crashed and they finished it while I was loading, with the assumption that I would still get the loot. However, I got no loot, but even weirder, It didnt even register as me completing Gate 1. Now, I would expect a re-entry ticket, but I have not gotten that either.

I also have another issue that I posted about before, that was never resolved. My game has crashed about 6 times in Guardian raids, Hall of Suns and Cubes, so I never got the rewards for those either.

If I could get help mainly with my re-entry ticket to Valtan hard, that would be great, but also some rewards for the second issue would be appreciated.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Valtan’s, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.

So, we only get rewards if it was an entire server crash and not if our game just crashed on its own? That seems a bit odd…
