Cannot equip because it lost its power

I just hit 1370.

Just did the highest choas dungeon i can do. Got new legendary legs. But getting the message
“cannot equip because it lost its power”

Its the highest chaos dungeon, but it drops 1340 gear, and i cant use it, and i cant transfer stats from my current legs to my new legs…

Is this a bug? How can i equip legs from the highest dungeon?

The purple and legendary broken gear from chaos dungeon are for skill tree purpose only.
At 1370 you can only get gear from crafting with the Abyssal Hard mode and Argos mats.
