Hello.
I cannot play with my main character at the moment because it shows the error “Could not connect to game.” every time I try to Launch.
At first I was able to Launch and enter the game, but then there was a pop-up saying something about a connectivity issue and I was sent back to the character selection page. When I tried to launch again, I couldn’t. I only tried closing and opening the game then trying to Launch, because I don’t think verificating my files or deleting the game and downloading again will help me with this issue. Can you guys help me?

Please confirm if this error still occurs or not.
Please try these steps to confirm it’s not a visual bug if you still have the issue 
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
