I apologize for the trouble you’re facing which might be related to Steam Overlay, which when turned off causes your micro-transaction purchases to fail. To turn on the Steam Overlay:
- Go to Steam on the top hotbar.
- Select Settings.
- Select the In-Game tab, and then turn on Enable Steam Overlay while in-game (If the In-game overlay is enabled, please disable and re-enable it).

In case it does not work then please refer
