Hello, i cant select EU central,and i have 1000h+ played, how i can access my character?

I am sorry to know that you are unable to select region EU-C. Please try the following steps:
Kindly check for game update manually from steam client.

Steam library>Right click the game > Properties> Update tab.

Restart the PC and check.

If the issue persists, run a steam files verification check Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and restart PC.

I restarted Pc, checked files, restarded again - didnt helped me
