Cannot use ingame shop to buy anything

Hi LA.

For 3-4 weeks now I haven’t been able to buy Royal Crystals within the in-game shop. it seems to have started since the time zone change in Ireland (GMT+1) and when the recent events were introduced with the last big patch. For example, the in game time within Lost Ark is currently set to 12:28UTC, however here in Ireland, it’s currently 13:28. Any time I try to purchase crystals, I get the following spinning circle. It does not produce any error. It just spins constantly for 1 minutes before returning to the purchase screen.

I have tried the following

  1. Setting Windows Date/Time to match the UTC server time for LA in EUW - didn’t work
  2. Verifying local files multiple times - didn’t work
  3. Adding Euro to my steam wallet directly and using those funds to purchase crystals - didn’t work
  4. Completely re-installing Lost Ark.
  5. Clicking purchases 100000000s of times.

I’m currently running out of Crystalline Aura and Una’s task completions.

What do I do?

In this case since you already did the troubleshooting that is needed for cases like this I recommend you to contact our live support via chat so our team can look further into this issue and help you fix it, if needed they will escalate the issue to our devs to make sure you can use the shop again.
