Really? I have 40/40, but I cannot select the box to input a single one or click the arrows to increment count.
40/40 is the max quantity you can use for each craft, you don’t have any.

Hmm, I’ve checked my inventory: 0 Crafting Acceleration Chips there… Guess I got confused for the n-th time. Thank you for your persistence.
