Can't access Store, can't claim the gifted founder pack

What can I do? I tried late in the night, early in the morning, nothing works. Store is utterly unavailable, and I can’t get my founder pack.

Is there a time limit or can I wait until then?

Still got nothing (or almost nothing), can’t access Store, my Blue crystals disappeared.

I did get a notification at one point with “rewards to claim”, but when I clicked there was nothing and now, it doesn’t show a notification.

If I’m not mistaken, I got 1000 royal crystals but not the rest, and I can’t check if I did get the crystals because I can’t acess Store.
