Cant buy crystalline aura

i am trying to purchase the 30 day crystalline aura for $10, i click buy, it asks if i want to purchase it, i hit ok, then nothing happens. this must be a glitch of some kind… i have no credit card info on file, im never directed to a purchase window with payment info, it just does nothing when i click buy
how do i buy this aura?

Unfortunately this is a known issue and our DEV team is working to resolve this as we speak.

Please provide an update. I’m unable to purchase the Crystalline Aura and due to the benefits of having such an item I am reluctant to play in the meantime while this issue is being resolved.

Any update on this issue? I cant buy Crystalline Aura either even though I have more than enough money in my steam wallet.

Had the same problem today and found out from another post that the issue is having steam overlay off.
Worked once I turned it on, so in case anyone else has this issue and stumbles on this thread
go steam library → right click lost ark → properties → general tab, enable steam overlay.
